All our three bedroom executive apartments are spacious and have spectacular views. They all have large balconies; are fully furnished right down to crockery, cutlery and linen; have a separate dining space; a fully-equipped kitchen (including microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), and full laundry facilities. The space

This luxury apartment is situated within a secure, gated resort. It is a residential complex with a small number of select holiday let apartments. Residents are mostly owners who enjoy sharing their home with guests who love and appreciate it as much as they do.

Situated in Currumbin at the South East end of the Gold Coast this is that special hideaway that while being a heart beat away from all the Gold Coast has to offer is also the perfect place for just doing nothing. Relax, chill out. Breathe.

The building is a 3 level boutique walk-up. There are no elevators. This apartment is a non-smoking facility.

2. No moving or dragging furniture around.
3. Remove all rubbish, bottles, etc. Please leave the rooftop terrace in the condition you found it in.
4. Report any damage immediately.
5. No excessive noise and please continue any socialising indoors after 10pm.


AMENITIES
On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. This pack will include:

Bed linen for each bed
1 x bath towel for each guest.
1 x hand towel, face cloths and 1 x bath mat for each bathroom.
Tea, coffee, sugar sachets.
2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet.
Body wash and shampoo/conditioners for each bathroom.
Dish detergent, dishwasher gels, and laundry detergent.
Dish cloth, scourer, dishwashing brush.

We do not supply food items like salt, pepper, oil, condiments etc.
Pool towels are not included, you are welcome to bring your own.

The entire apartment is yours to use for the duration of your stay. We ask you treat the property as if it were your own and enjoy your time on the South East Gold Coast.
Guest access
This luxury apartment is situated within a secure, gated resort which is a 3 level walk-up. There are no elevators.

We communicate with our guests a few days before arrival by SMS/text to welcome and explain the check-in process. Key to this communication is establishing an arrival time so we can then arrange to welcome the guests in person. That is our preference.

They will call us at the agreed arrival time so we can provide access into our gated resort. We show them to their car parking spaces and to this luxury apartment. During this welcome we orient our guests to the resort and go over our house-keeping rules which includes providing a copy of their ID (drivers license) and credit card for security purposes against which $250 is held. We provide guests with 2 sets of keys. And that's check-in all done.

For late arrivals (usually after 4pm), we have a lock-box arrangement which provides keys and directions to access the resort, the garage car parks and the apartment. This information is provided the day of arrival. The next day we meet and welcome them in person and obtain the ID and credit card at this time. This completes the check-in process.
Other things to note
It's true that everyone talks about the stunning river and ocean views but behind the resort is wild bushland, home to amazing bird life especially chatter-box kookaburras. The sea is at your doorstep including Australia's best surf beaches and, just around the corner is the popular Currumbin Alley surf-break. World famous Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is literally only minutes away, and there are enough restaurants, bars and delicious coffee cafes just a 10 minute stroll away to satisfy your gourmet heart.

And if you don't want to go anywhere, stay 'home' and relax by the large sunny pool which is heated in winter, and enjoy the pool-spa and sauna. Then flash-up the barbie - there are two bbq stations - with their outdoor tables and shade umbrellas waiting for you.
